This was my final year university project that I undertook as part of a team of 6. My primary job within the project was the level design of the spaceship, the points of interest and the tutorial. Additionally I worked on the crafting system, the character animation controller and the game's lighting. Polaris-13 was taken to the University of Gloucestershire's GAMEX 2026 show where it won the award for 'Best Stand'
This project was the practical element of my Individual Research Project aiming to answer the question 'Evaluating Spatial Design and Environmental Storytelling as Narrative Tools in Video Games.' In order to answer this question I created a train themed murder mystery that tells it's narrative to the player through environmental clues with minimal dialogue. The shape of the train carts and blueprint scripts were created by myself. Everything else (models, textures, etc) are free assets from Unreal's FAB store.
This escape room was created within the level editor of the game 'Escape Simulator'. You play as the grandchild of Ernest and Agatha and have to navigate through their two favorite rooms in order to reach their fortune.
Rampage of the Hydra is a short story experience created using the 'Survival RPG Engine' created by Mongo Games in Unreal Engine 5. You play as a Knight who has stumbled across a village that has recently been attacked by a Hydra. Your job is to gear up and find the Hydra. What you do next is up to you...
This is a game that I was contracted to work on as a 3D Artist during my second year of University. I created multiple decorative assets for the project including fences, beach huts and palm trees. Treasure Isles was showcased at the University of Gloucestershire's GAMEX 2025 show where it won the award for the 'Best Stand'.
This is a level whitebox for a Viking Action-Adventure Stealth game that I worked on as a team of two for my Level Design moduel at University. The whitebox is for the second level of a two level story that sees the player take on the role of a viking who's village was burnt to the ground by a neighboring Viking clan. Their goal is to infiltrate the neighboring Viking clan's village and choose to either wipe them out or spare them.
Athens is a shooter map that I created for my Level Design module at University. As the name suggests it takes heavy inspiration from the city of Athens in Greece. The map is created symertrically to suit team vs team gameplay with a high risk high reward center that takes the form of the Parthenon, the increased verticality gives the center an element of danger. Athens is playable in Unreal Engine 5's Lyra plugin.
